Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States, with plans to expand to additional countries in the future.

Most orders are delivered within 6–12 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, customs processing, seasonal demand, and other circumstances beyond our control.

While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers will receive tracking information as soon as their order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all eligible orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer where required by law.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Protection Insurance

For added peace of mind, Delivery Protection Insurance may be available for purchase during checkout.

When selected, eligible coverage includes:

  • Packages confirmed lost in transit.

  • Packages damaged during transportation.

  • Verified theft after delivery where reasonable supporting evidence is provided.

Delivery Protection Insurance applies exclusively to shipping-related incidents and does not replace or extend the coverage provided under our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Narcys is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

These factors may include carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs inspections, high shipping volumes, or other logistical circumstances.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will gladly investigate the shipment on your behalf.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is placed.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by email once the return request has been approved.
